Anyone working the Gardens yet? I planted rye grain in my garden last year at the end of the season. I then have kept the gate open so the deer could eat it, shit in the garden, etc. Lastly I emptied about 50lbs of compost I made in my composter and a lot of wood ash from our fireplaces. Tilled it all under and will wait for consistent warm weather to plant the tomatoes and peppers I got planted in the house!

Lets see the Garden prep yall!

I wouldn’t think about teaching deer to eat from our garden! Seems like a sure way to fight future problems and I don’t like future problems.

Well I open the gate up so they can get in but I’ve never had one jump my fencing that is all the way around - although I did think it might be a future problem but I can just add a higher piece of fence if that’s the case!

I kicked out my local rabbit whom had a empty nest in my garden.

Proceeded to spray it down with Roundup Max.

It should be ready to till in about 10 days.
