In all seriousness, keep an open mind. Drive a few different vehicles outta your comfort zone and see what happens. The Lincoln MKZ’s have some serious pep for a 6 cyl and handle the curves at double the speed pretty handily....

Sunday I get to pickup one of these.
My buddy whom owned it says he drove it then parked it in '78 because it had a wiring issue.
He also lost the title for it as well.
It's priced right as he says...."just come get it out of my garage."
We'll see what kind of mess/money pit I inherit.
Guys are putting LS motors in these things now.

I rented one of these on vacation once, not gonna lie it was a blast to drive lol. I just kept picturing myself as the hamster in the commercial 🤣

Hey... 2 weeks ago I rented a vehicle to go out to Illinois and I was considering renting one for the same reason... Might be a blast to drive and I'll bet gas mileage wasn't bad... However..... I was taking Sasquatch (Chad) with me so I was concerned about leg room.. Guess if it had a sunroof Chad could have worn goggles and had his head out the roof... LOL:ROFLMAO:

We rented a car in FL for our anniversary. Gave UA a Nissan Sentra. Got crazy mileage. Was not a lot of fun to drive. For A to B transportation it was not bad. One of the soccer dad's is on his second Camry. He gets mid 30's for mileage and it is fairly peppy. I was impressed with it. Probably own something similar if I were driving a ton. Great resale on the Yota.

Also been thinking about a beater truck. 3/4 or 1 ton with an 8’ bed. I was thinking I could snag one for around $5,000...Blahahahaha!!!! I couldn’t of been more WRONG! So if anyone sees one or knows someone thinking about selling one, I’d be interested. 2wd or 4x4, standard cab and up, just really want an 8’ bed, heavy duty and fuel injection. Anything else is just a bonus. Prefer a GM, but will entertain others.

My truck had 79k on it when I bought it
And you paid more money...I know, it’s a truck and this is a SUV. But comparing MSRP’s, this isn’t priced that bad. Doesn’t matter either way, I think I’d like to have another truck. Something I can use as a truck and not worry about scratches and shit. I think that’s the smarter thing to do at this point. Pay cash and keep driving this car.

Didn't pay that much more than that. I needed my next truck to last around 10 years, couldn't see myself buying something with over 100k miles if I wanted it to last that long.

I don't think you will get good gas mileage out of a beater truck
