AR Pistols... What's the point?

There are plenty of 30 rounot magazines for pistols. I do not need a
ar pistol.

I like the idea of a bright light and a green daytime laser on the unit. I can hold at waist high turn the laser on and hit anything I aim at. That way the pistol isn't in front of my face and vision if I'm in my house defending against 2 legged varmints.
Plus a rifle-pistol looks a whole lot more deadly to the 2 legged varmint that a pistol. IMHO
