It’s looking more like I’m not going to make it. Son and DIL bought a house and that’s the timeframe they’re moving in and asked if I’d come down and give em a hand...

Sure would be a nice way to start the weekend, if only it would stay true.

Last weekend while it rained I got the poles and tackle out the shed and gone thru. I got to thinking more of the state park and wondered if you local guys could share more about the areas to fish? What does shore access look like?

Look forward to seeing ya again red and meeting the family.

Today we dewinterize! Then, look into the lovely new Stabilitrak/ABS light that decided to stay on the last 3-4days on the truck. I have a bad feeling the brake controller will not function with the xmas tree lights on so time to investigate.

If I had a truck lol we could run to the Amish and get a whole bed full for $20

Rosco’s preacher buddy will probably deliver a truck load split and dried for $75. 8’ beds worth stacked to the top of the bed rails, I’d call it half a cord of mixed seasoned hard woods.

I can bring enough firewood for one night's fire or would happily contribute $ to a truckload full if we went that route.

Shaping up like it will likely just be K and I. My plans are to have breakfast items since I have a ready supply of eggs and sausage, and will bring a turkey breast to deep fry, along with plenty of taters to make fresh cut fries.

Im good for 1-2nights of firewood also. I need to look back at the food list and see what else is needed unless someone knows what is missing that we can bring.

Hooked up the camper yesterday with the ABS light still shinjng in the truck. No trailer brakes, time to get creative.
