deciphering

I need some help, guys. Does anyone know how to extract the individual sets of file details from a folder full of trail camera photos? Example... Let's say I have a folder full of 1000 pics, each pic with the time/date stamp... I want to extract all of the time/date stamps out, say into a .txt...
