I am just curious if any of you hang your stands on the back side of the tree, and plan to shoot the other way. I tuck my stands on the back side of the tree then have a lane or two to the right and left of the stand.

What harness would have the longest tether so it does not get in the way?

I think taking the HSS Rope-Style Treestrap or similar product (or making one).And adding it to your current harness may help your issue...This extends my tether overall,and I really like it over a flat style tree strap.This give me the length to shoot almost 360 degrees an stays tight(safety concern)..Just my opinion though
