First two from two seasons ago, 3rd pic same deer from last season. 4/5 deer I was after last season, that got shoulder popped by someone watched him get bad and swollen and heal up and shed his antlers, yet to see him this year, check out his football sized right side

This buck was another big let down for me. Thought I had a good plan to kill him then season comes in and he vanishes. The season wasn't a total loss though after killing a good 8 point...

He netted 211 nt...

And here's the 8 I killed.

Why yes I do....it was at the Deer and Turkey expo 2 years ago. PM sent.

Can I take a guess? Is this the deer you asked me to look for? You had a name and county. Told me the story and asked me to see if I could find it? Just curious.

In 2010 I had my sights on this big sucker. Leading up to these pics, all I had were a few night-time pics and I had virtually no idea where he was hanging out. I never did see him while on stand, but wouldn't you know it... While I was in SE Ohio for a week bowhunting in November, he decided to walk right past my stand in broad daylight.

This is one of my favorite non-deer trailcam pics. Nothing crazy, but the way the squirrel is on the tree's shadow is just kind of neat...

JB that is a hog buck man, how old did you figure that one to be? It reminds me of the big bodied 8 point I had in the pictures I posted.

Seems to deff be 4.5+

Oh yea, man... He was rutted up big time. It kind of looks like he was threat-walking toward another buck, too. He seemed to be all bristled up and his ears were really laid back.

Yea I'd say he was every bit of 4.5 yrs old. I didn't have any prior history with him, so I really have no idea how old he was. I didn't get any pics of him last season, but I didn't hear of or see any similar-looking bucks getting killed... so who knows, maybe he's still out there.

WOW I think that is just amazing to have a double throat patch like that and a rack like that! Great deer!
