Keep drinking it Joe. You are doing fine! I snagged some footage on the way home tonight as well. Feels pretty good knowing where they are exiting and which field they are hitting. Now it will be a matter of determining if I can verify this as their "regular" daytime bedding area. I think it might be time to remove a camera or offer some additional incentive to them to hit the areas in front of my stands. Maybe my minerals are in the wrong place. lol

No sense in trying to nail them down right now. They'll move soon. One because they'll peel velvet and two the corn is coming off and the beans turning. The best bet right now to plan for the future is spend some time looking at oaks through binos. That's where they'll be soon.

We believe this is the buck he shot 2 seasons ago. The one that was thought to be tank. I videoed this buck in August of 2012 but never gave it another thought because that's the only time I ever saw him. Never got a TC pic of him that season despite having two cams a half mile east and west of the video location.

The next season (2013) JD had a cam at one of those cam locations because one of us always runs a cam there. He got pics of this buck.

Later on in the season I got pics if him about a mile away, a few days Doug killed him a half mile from these pics.

For comparison. Here is tank the first year we got pics of him.

Here is what I believed to be tank in 2012.

And here is a video from the 2012 season that could also be tank.

We never saw a deer beside the one that Doug killed that could have been tank in 2013 so the assumption was that was him. Doug found the video above I shot in 2012. With only this video of him and no other history for 2012 I forgot about him. But looking at the 2012 video and the 2013 pics I would say it's a dead ringer for the deer Doug shot. Same brows. Same forward slant. Same left side curl. Even the same g2s

This is the buck I shot without a doubt in my mind after watching that video. I don't even remember watching that video when you posted it until last night. I've been looking for pics of that big 4 point side I found Saturday and found the video... Lol.... Tank has to still be around there. If not he died of old age

I think he was 4-5 in 2011. That would be one old bastard if he is alive because he's 8-9 now. We for sure would have heard about it if someone killed him, but I haven't seen him for two seasons now. Same with the tall 10. He up and disappeared.

The mystery now is where does that leaner buck go right before season. He's going to be a hoss next season. Here he is last season down at the creek. I ran cams all season from the RR to the grassy hill across the road all the way to dicks, all with bait and never got a hard horned pic of him. He has to be where you're shed hunting or where you killed that buck. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1427206555.561778.jpg

I'm also in agreement the buck you killed two years ago is the one Joe video'd above TOO, not Tank as originally thought.
