Thanks fellas. I will try to keep them interested in the area until season starts.

I honestly think they would score about the same in the end. The 8pt with the wider and taller tines Vs. the 10 with the shorter tines and tighter rack but has more mass. I don't know but they just look to me like they would be about the same. Body wise the big 8 is bulker and taller then the 10tp.

Minerals do work rather well :smiley_clap:

One thing I have noticed with this dry season. Seems they won't touch it while it's hard packed dry dirt but as soon as it rains and the ground gets soaked they hammer those sites.

Man it is getting harder to decide what buck to chase after this year.
Do I go after the 8 or the 10 ? Both are great bucks and I think would score pretty close to the same but Dang if I can make a final decision lol. Guess I will know when the time comes and one of them shows up in front of me. I would be happy with either of them.

That coon has 5 babies and are there all the time now that I started putting corn back out again. Seriously going to do some coon house cleaning this fall. This is getting way out of hand out there.

Moved my cam to try and find the big guy since he has been MIA from my field edge mineral site. Seems he has now started hitting the one back in the woods about a 100 yards off the field edge.
