No beer. I also left out the corn starch and used coconut flour to thicken the sauce. I used organic palm sugar instead of regular and have locally sourced honey thanks to my wife's grandfather. The eggs are free range eggs too. It is as healthy as you can make this dish!

I quit drinking through the week although. No wine either. I'm only drinking on Friday/Saturday. It will be tougher in the summer and grill season!

With this chilly day, why not some chili. It's a lot of leftovers from this weeks dinners dumped into some deer burger an you average chili spices. The corn really added a nice touch.

Had this while in Daytona last week. It was at a place called the Daytona Taproom. What you are looking at here has got to be the best fuggin hot dog I have ever had in my life. Behold a half lb. bacon stuffed, deep fried foot long. Topped with blue cheese, jack cheese, siracha sauce, and a pickle Cole slaw.

Awesome. So I never had Sriracha until last month. I always stuck to my favorite of Franks and Tobasco. Sriracha is the shit. Just last night I fried a bag of walleye cheeks and rolled them in it like a chicken chunk. Hot Damn they were delicious. I haven't started using it to really cook with yet, but with that sweetness it has to it, the possibilities are endless

HA! My buddies had never had it until duck season this year. I fried up some eggs in the blind and slathered the Sriracha to my eggs. My buddy is like "WTF is that?" I describe is as Asian, spicy ketchup. He and my other buddy laid it to their eggs and it was like they had eaten the best thing they had ever had in their lives! lmao

I put that shit on just about everything. It is good shit!

LMAO when I first read it I thought you said TAMPON! I'm like WTF?!?! Is it because it looks like a used....oh no I misread that! LOL
