Few of these will help thin things out.

My buddy and I grilled the trout we caught yesterday for dinner last night.

I rubbed each cleaned trout inside and out with a mixture of olive oil, butter, salt, pepper and garlic. Then threw them on the grill. Remember to spray the grill with butter or your trout will stick.

Finally had time to post some pics of the big feed from yesterdays Birthday party. The last pic is me all by myself relaxing while everyone else was out front! AH...it was relaxing!

Man this thread sure makes me hungery. Everything looks great guys. Todays dinner consisted of grilled boneless pork chops with a sweet and smoky dry rub, baked potatoes, and carrots carmelized with brown sugar.

Then for dessert I made a red velvet cake with home made butter cream icing.

Crazy easy Dale. Get a can of carrots. Drain 3/4 of the liquid. Put it in a bowl and then stir in brown sugar. The sweeter you want it the more brown sugar. Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and wala.
