I decided sleep was better than the stand this morning. Will be heading out when the wife gets home from work, then hunting hard the next two days before I start my work week. Good luck everyone!

Busy morning here. Still in the stand and I ain't leaving til dark.
I bumped some deer on the way. That sucked.
Right at 9:30 or so 3 doe came in and nibbed around in the scrapes. Then 2 more came in from a different direction.
At the same time I heard a faint grunt. I saw horns working their way to the scrapes and the doe all walked away. Ended up being a 120-125" 8 pointer. Good up and comer. I killed him 100 times in my head. Then another doe and button buck came soon after.
At noon another doe.

All deer checking the scrapes.

Here's the BB. I'll post the 8 later from the trail cam.

Wish I was in a tree. Cant kill'em from the bedroom. Needed some sleep today. Should be sliding out for an afternoon hunt if I get the day to day bs done.

Goodluck to everyone out. Should be some good action right about now!
