Made good use of the bon fire

I had a very solid 140 behind me at 60-80 yards until about 0800 feeding on acorns. He was upwind the whole time so the smoke is as of yet untested. I'll be in a climber tomorrow morning on that oak tree. May even film. Time for a game of sudoku until the does arrive. Freakin rain is loud....

Good luck Matt! I don't think you will have any problems with the smoke. Now, if you had been burning tires or something in your bonfire. . . not sure how they might react. If it was just a simple bonfire with all wood, then it will be very similar to those of us using the Scent Smoker.
