Error 4.0.3 : No permissions set for usergroup 2.

This is the error message I get when I go to log into chat. What the hell Joe, why am I in "usergroup 2," I always thought I was #1!

Also, on a side note, I'm still unable to upload pics to this forum via the taptalk app on Android. I keep getting a error message stating "security error(user may not have permission to access this feature)." Could the two be related?
