    New guy introduction-Asa

I've been meaning to get this guy on board for a while. Met him through his old job. Friended on Facebook and I see his pics from waterfowling/deer hunting. He seems ate up and I know how nice it is to be able to have a place like this to talk about all that shit. That's about all I Know. Be good to have another Appalachian on board.

Post up if you see this and give a little intro of yourself buddy.

Stick around a while and post freely.

Thanks Gordo. I'm 29, work as a 4th grade special education teacher in SE Ohio. Married no kids yet. My biggest passion in hunting is waterfowl, can't get enough. I hunt deer for the meat, not a big antler guy. Love small game as well. I like fishing too...make a couple trips to Erie and Ontario every year for walleye and salmon and kayak around the Hocking river and local lakes whenever I can. Thanks for adding me!

Welcome. If Gordo says you are good, all is well. Stick around and be more then a reader! Couple of us are pretty bold (to put it lightly&#129315, youíll get used to it. Makes it interesting, not much gets sugar coated around here either. So buckle up, hunting season is in a slump right now and it gets bumpy this time of year!

Iím ready for spring river runs!

The way I see it, and how my hunting buddies and I operate is if you aren't getting picked on you aren't liked!

I try to fill this time of year with coyote hunting to hold me over till the thaw and turkey season. Hope it goes quick!

A couple of these guys are slaying yotes by snaring them.

Hello and welcome to TOO!!! Sounds like your gonna fit right in.
"One wonders whether this generation of Americans is not so accustomed to tension that many are in the unhappy state of not being comfortable without it. The deep quietness of woods and valleys so well known by our forefathers is an unaccustomed state to them. The tempo of their lives is such that in many instances they have an incapacity to draw upon the sources of peace and quietness which the physical world offers." Norman Vincent Peale 1952

And if I can do it, anyone can ....

I had a lot of guidance from Bigslam (Chad) on how to set up the snares.... Just one of the thousands of things that go on around this place...

Welcome to TOO! Pull up a chair and jump in anytime!
Carrying a shed or two for several hours while you continue to look for more early in a hunt is a burden but I'll try to work through it.....
