TV guys you'd hunt with

Tom Miranda would be on my list with Bill Busbice, Larry Weishun, and Chris Brackett. There are a handful I simply would rather not. Miranda puts on a good show but I've heard several industry insiders who have had experiences with him. Not guys who are household names, but have had personal experiences with them.
Females: Melissa Bachman. Not only is she hot, but she hunts all sorts of game and really seems like she is hardcore. I like that.
Males: James Kroll, Charles Alshiemer simply to pick their brains. Jim Shockey because he is hardcore and seems pretty down to Earth. The Midwest Whitetail crew because they don't seem as concerned about sponsors as they are about educating their viewers. I'd like to say Major League Hunting crew because their show tries to educate as well, but I wonder if the egos of top level athletes isn't the reason why some of the faces have shifted on their program? I'd like to hear the back story on this show in the last couple years. Matt Duffy and Chipper Jones seem pretty down to Earth as well but you know they are intense. Not sure if that would be "fun" to hunt with.

I've heard good things from a buddy that met Tom Miranda years ago at trapping conventions. Maybe he's changed, idk.
Maybe so. Tom Miranda started out as a pretty big time trapper. Maybe that was the issue. So did the guy who told me about him. Maybe their egos didn't mesh. Seems like there were others too though.

Right there with ya. A lot of people didn't like Tred because of his tell it like it is nature. I enjoyed his show, was sad that he ran in to those health issues. Talk about a man ate up with hunting. Not just hunting, but the roots and essence of hunting.
The same reason we like that Sasquatch looking dude around here. Once he picks up a Trad Bow...I’m just gonna start calling him Barta.

I wouldn't mind hunting with the guys from whitetail adrenaline also. I shot the shit with them at the deer and turkey expo a few times. I like what they do and seem to be pretty down to earth and fun.

The Guys from The Hunting Public, just seem like down to earth and all around good dudes, I think Zach Ferenbaugh is originally from NW Ohio too. Also Steve Rinella.

I've got one more to add and this guy is as humble and down to earth as they come! His name is Ted Miller from Iowa. He's on White Knuckle Productions at times. He's probably my favorite hunter TV personality.
