Increases number of scrapes?

Looks about average for rubs. Seeing a youngster scraping the hell out the woods paths.
It would seem the local ball dragger is gone and the does are up for grabs...

I think that can be partly true. I also think that some buck just have personalities that they like to scrape and/or rub alot.
I have a 1.5 year old 7-poiht that reminds you of a 5'5" 185# dude with little man's syndrome. I know he's contributed to the mess out there.

Interesting observation: scrapes went dead after Saturday. Kinda weird.

Jesse, to your point, I hunt central Tuscarawas county, and our deer numbers are very strong and have been for some time, with good age structure among our bucks. I believe having the deer numbers we do is the cause of more scrapes. I also think some of the scrapes i've seen this year were in random spots made by some of the immature deer not knowing what the heck they're doing, lol.
