Wife and I talked about getting one for this new truck. Help with camping and such keeping things locked up and dry. So if anyone sees a used one for a long bed gen4 Ram...I'll also keep my eyes open for a 6.5 Ford. Is there a difference in the SD to 150?

We've had them on other trucks and loved them. Always Leer or Raider (which is a Leer). Amazing how heavy you can make a truck when you can drag more shit around. You say now it's just for winter, but I have a feeling it'll grow on you.

That place in Fremont is real easy to get to and a small time guy. Back in the late 90's when he opened that place, I always bought from him. Mike? if I remember correctly and he still owns it.

Drove 1.5 hours out to PA today after work to a dealer that told me he had certainly had a cap for my truck. No doubt it'll fit, even sent me pics, get there today and he sets it with the forklift and it don't fit. Damn.

Dan that sucks. I would have charged them for gas for their stupid mistake. Surely wouldn't give them a 2nd chance. Or was it a bait and switch tactic on their part? Did they offer a different model that did fit?

No not a bait and switch, he just messed up. I told him what I drive and he looked up his caps and must've mixed up the numbers. Should've had him pay for my fuel though.
