One of the few times I rooted for them.... Damn browns of the Big 10

exactly. nice job, Jimmy. how much more of this will the big money Alums take before sending him down the road? I know they love him up there, but damn. If Urban Meyer lost to Michigan 6 times in a row would he still have a job?

Isn’t he overpaid by millions in the college world? Seems I remember it being some crazy amount they paid him to come save the world.

Only Saban ($11.1MM/Yr) and Dabo ($8.5MM/Yr) make more than Jimmy's $7MM/Yr.

My prediction is if Michigan doesn't win 10-11 games AND beat OSU, he's done. If you look at their schedule, I don't think that happens. They are at ND in a night game to open the season, which is no small task. They go to East Lansing and Columbus, which ain't easy. They have Wisky and PSU at home and I don't think they can beat either if PSU and Wisky carryover to 2018 like they finished this season. Plus, with Scott Frost returning to Nebraska, the Cornhuskers become a team to be respected immediately.

I rooted for Michigan because I'm a Big10 first guy in the bowls and I had really hoped Harbaugh would return UM to national prominence even if it meant a loss or two for the Buckeyes. We need the entire conference to be strong top to bottom and a mediocre Michigan team doesn't help the Buckeyes even if it means easy wins the 4th Saturday in November every year.

So looking forward to moving on without JT at the helm! I wish him well but now let’s run a dual threat offense with either one of these three QB’s coming back who can really throw the ball. Our running backs will benefit immensely now that defenses won’t be stacking the line to stop the zone option read 2 of the first 3 downs! rotflmao

We have all 6 of our receivers returning but they also need better coaching and instruction on route running and the other important things they need to fine tune. Techniques on how to get off the LOS at the snap when DBs are jamming them and how to catch the ball at its highest point when it gets there are crucial and need to be worked on. Also hoping the TE’s become much more passing targets than they have as well. Those intermediate and shorter passes move the sticks just as well as the deep ones.

Here is a link talking a little about what OSU fans have to look forward to moving on. I still find it funny that players and media still tip toe around JT’s feelings and ego even after he’s gone. I blame the coaching staff for not working with him enough on his throwing motion, touch and accuracy. I feel they didn’t and were limiting our offenses potential greatly because of it! Our DEFENSIVE LINE was the biggest reason why the Buckeyes beat USC and watching our offense the whole second half was frustrating to say the least! Now that we have 3 Good throwing QB’s that CAN also run to choose from along with a
Good defense I see great things happening inside THE SHOE this fall. GO BUCKS!!!

If my boy signed with Florida over Alabama I would have been pissed too even if i wasn't a bama fan.

Ole boy thinks he better than he is and doesn't want to ride the bench for two years before seeing the field. Understandable, but he'll never see a ring.

Depends what the goal is. If the goal is to get the most playing time to get seen by the NFL scouts then he should go where the playing time is. And unless you are JT Barrett the only way to get better is by playing in games.

Ever piss a black mom off? He just lost his number one fan, that isn’t ok in my book.

He’ll be fine in the NFL with that type of attitude.

She’s probably supported him through all this, working doubles to pay for new cleats. All to chase that dream of getting to grow up and play for Bama. That woman spent her life supporting him to make that dream come true. Then he slaps her in the face in front of the world. That isn’t a team player. They have a word for that...

I think the moms attitude is the problem. She put a team that hasn't done anything other than entertain her on Saturdays over her own kid. If going to Florida is what he thought was his best opportunity to get to the next level she should support him.

So his first adult decision is against who raised him and you think the adult is the problem?!

Yes the adult is the problem. Ever see an adult at a kids sporting event acting like an idiot? Same thing. Mom should be happy he is going to a D1 school and will get a free education. She is the one acting like a child because she didn't get her way.
