Begs an interesting question: I was told once that if an animal is not listed as having a season or bag limit, it is illegal to kill them. Obviously JB is well versed in the laws and tends to walk on the right side of things, so I assume this is not the case for such a blanket statement. Curious as if anyone else has ever heard that?
To an extent this is true Jesse, however there is lots of leeway for nuisance animals. Animal such as Badgers, bears deer and bats etc require special permits, the common non protected things like Chipmunks squirrels raccoons possums it's usually landowner discretion with a couple of stipulations around disposal.

Instead of a layer of seeds, I put an old arrow through a water bottle and drilled holes in the top of the bucket to hold the arrow, then smeared a thin layer of peanut butter making a "log roll of death".

Took several dozen mice in a couple weeks in a detached garage. Rebaited the PB every few days. No re setting a trap!

What Joe said. Nuisance critters. But I'll be honest, I did look it up after I tagged the little bugger. Just wanted to make sure before I shared it. Lol

What about moles? Big fat platypus looking damn things. Anyone else have the things ripping up their yards?

Havn't had a mole in the yard since we got a cat 13 yr's ago. The neighbor liked him also cause he cleaned his moles out, then he got a different dog and our cat wont go over there anymore. Lol

Got number 2 a few minutes ago. Little bugger made a couple walnut runs from the yard to his den under my sidewalk. Watched him do it twice... His third run didn't go so well for him.

Btw, hollow points are a bit overkill for chipmunks. But I was too lazy to swap rounds out of the magazine. 😂
