At this point, Im only doing it to keep her yard clean. I have raked, picked up and distributed well over 14,000# of apples this year. Really....I'm Appled Out!rotflmao
I dumped 350#s of corn today. 3 spots at the farm, one behind my parent's and one here at the house. Sighted the shotgun in last weekend. I'm ready to acquire some lean, grained finished protein!

I’ve got a dozen being hand delivered by Sasquatch.....
He’s showing me the..... ropes....
I've got a supply of corn I'm dumping in the yard for the winter to give the locals a tasty treat. It'll be fun to watch as well.
Just looked, big doe & yearling feasting now. Maybe they'll now leave the bird feed alone. Highly doubtful..lol.

This weather has me thinking about minerals. Christine bought me some trophy rocks a few months back...is it still a bit early? I usually wait till March.
I did put some more corn out yesterday as well. I’ve got some pellets out in a tub. But really haven’t seen any deer out back, so I was waiting to put it out until deer were around.
This happens every year...deer yard up across the road and I start to freak out. [emoji23]

Minerals should be applied year round.
Most put out in Feb when deer begin to seek them. Then add again in 6 months.
Ideally, 4 times per year.
