Hahahah! Ended up in a yote den. How fitting lmao

As you guys may recall, Dave came out to my place to help me out when I shot my buck early on in the season. I have no doubt I wouldn't have found that thing without him. Thanks again for that, Dave. I'll never forget it. Ever since then I've been following very closely Daves ups and downs (okay, mostly downs), and was really hoping and praying that things would take a turn for the better. I thank God they finally did.

Congrats again, Dave. Couldn't be happier for you!

Great read Dave! Congratulations on getting things back on track and ending your season on such an awesome positive note! Way to stick with it and make two great shots to fill your freezer!

Huge kudos to both Rick and Michael in helping you through this! :smiley_clap:

Thanks for that late night talk on Friday. Really helped me ease my mind while out.

As I lay here in bed thinking about this...I needed a couple of rough seasons. My entire life, hunting has been easy for me. My dad and uncles always said "if you want to see deer, just go sit with that little Fugger". I feel bad about the bad shots I made, but I can't do anything about the past, only the future.

Knowing myself and how it's never enough/I always want more, I'll probably end up in the woods again this weekend. The adult (very VERY small part of me) in me is saying to stop this season.

Time is ticking and we will see what happens...lol
