Well there went an hour! Can click for days on that link, thanks for sharing!

I like the studies they do. They also have one going on coyotes that I need to catch up on. Kinda forgot about it. They have some tagged ones and some den cameras. I think it's a 3 year study and this should be the second year of it.
 
I love the posts on the blogs when they show how certain deer react during deer season and the rut. The latest one is pretty cool how it shows the buck almost always beds right off the top of the ridge during daylight.

VERY interesting. I presume because they can smell more and from further away.

There are two periods that i noticed personally that absolutely suck for deer movement. When the wind is so dead that you can hear every tiny movement you make, and those days where it just sprinkles all day with no wind.

Good read. Not so much for a guy that hates hunting the wind because know I feel compelled to suck it up, but a good read nonetheless!
