Look forward to seeing the additional pictures. Hats off to you for helping a buddy and boy who "earned" this truck!

Just curious, how many miles and how many sets of injectors? I am a prior LB7 owner and I always find it interesting to see this info between trucks.
Not sure Adam. It has about 250k on it. He just got it about a month ago it was at a used carlot. They did not know if or when injectors were replaced. I did hook up the computer to it and all balance rates were good on the injectors so I am confident they have been replaced. Most of the ones I have been around seem to need injectors around 150k miles. I know of some that went out a lot sooner but most seem to be around that 130k-150k.

Lol, it was funny J because you told him to go look under it. Anything manufactured has potential for issues, agreed.

I'll be damned…6 months ago I started down this path of self destruction. 4 trans later and over $9,000 in total repairs, I'm done. I should get it back from the shop in a day or two and it will be getting all washed up this weekend and I will empty my shit from it. It'll be up on the sale block for $20,000. It's a hell of a buy for that kind of money, I'm just done with it and looking to pass the deal on to someone else. It ain't a bad truck, and should be built to go the distance for a long while now. Rust free

Wife is bitching and telling me I need a new one, a man can only take so much of that. This will be the truck I forever kick myself for selling. Dealer is has offered me $18,000 for it on trade in. I'd be taking a lot of goodies off for that price, so I'm just trying to pass the deal on.

2006' Dodge Mega Cab
3500
4x4
141,*** miles
fresh stage 3 trans
4 new rotors, calipers, pads
almost new tires
B&W turnover
basically an unmolested 5.9 cummins
bad title (stolen recover truck) some banks will still give a note on it because it wasn't totaled in a wreck

I would find a truck on the lot with the dealer offering you $18k and run. You will be selling less than asking price most likely and you'll save that difference on the taxes on the trade in and won't have to deal with trying to sell that private party. Just my opinion, gonna take a the RIGHT buyer at $20k.

That is the plan, just trying to pass the deal on to someone else. We all know they are gonna sell it for $28-30,000.
