I just paid for fish...I'll be 36 in a day and just paid for fish for the first time in my life! Honestly though, it was a lot cheaper than going on a charter boat. $12 a pound if you bought the fish headed and gutted.
The journey home isn't near as fun...
Good news is all my buddies chipped in and I now have more salmon than I know what to do with. MIL is gonna have to ship me the rest!

I must say Giles, I took the time to go through this entire thread. What awesome pictures and a thrill of a time (for me) to have this experience. Thanks for sharing the photo's and your days events.
Finally made it back home...was able to dodge the storms and made it home with all dry luggage. I'll fill in the adventure of traveling back when I get a chance.
The next time I do this I will be sure to give myself a day or two to recover. I'm freaking BEAT down tired... 4 hour time difference is kicking my ass along with the heat. Walked 12.57 miles yesterday and I'm limping bad today. Grass is a foot tall and I haven't had time to mow... Better planning next time for sure! I feel like I haven't taken my boots off since we got back. All worth it though!

Thanks for following gents, it's been a pleasure to share the experiences with such a great group. At least next year I'll be able to make the mingle!
