Last year I watched my niece shoot her first deer with a rage. She had the same kind of penetration you did and hers was a 10 yard shot that hit way back....paunch shot and no penetration.

Did this with a Fixed 3 Blade Muzzy one time...right square in the thigh was the worst shot I have ever made and was completely disgusted meanwhile he runs off 40 yards and dies. Very lethal although defiantly not my first choice but I am not sure that doing it with a Rage would make that much more impact than any other traditional broadhead (maybe a little more likely due to that little increase in diameter).
