Wanted to share for those who don't know how easy it is to cook up some delicious venison. And veggies.

First thing I do is rinse and clean the meat and veggies. Remove as much water as possible.

Then I add a small amount of Maggi liquid seasoning to the meat only. And the a thin layer of olive oil on the meat and veggies.

I then add my favorite seasonings and rub them in. There now ready for the grill. I put my back burner on high and sear the meat on both sides. Then put the meat on indirect heat until it starts to firm up. The veggies are cooked on low so I don't have to babysit them.
I typically cook the meat to medium rare and let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting it up. Over cooking venison is much less desirable around here.

I don't always use Maggi liquid seasoning. It is some good stuff and makes the meat taste great but you cant leave it on the meat for more then 3 to 4 hours or it will over power the taste.
