New smoker...video

Lover your smoking posts on here and Facebook. I wish I had more time to experiment. I will say I was very happy with the wings I smoked last weekend. I'd like to try something new. I've primarily done pork butts and ribs. I have done wings a couple of times now and a brisket once. What's your favorite?

Brisket has become my specialty. Pork belly is my new favorite to get perfect. I also need to work on chicken for that perfect skin.
