Giles- No offense at all here. You named the two brands which would be last on my list. I know few people who have had good luck with either.

Lol, none taken. I suggested buying a Honda!

I love my XP and haven't had any problems with it in 3+ years of hard use. It's just not practical in these parts of the country. In other parts of the country you couldn't sell a Honda. Mostly because of clearance, fuel consumption, and cold nature. If riding and handling is what your after, buy an XP, they drive like a Caddy on trails.

I think any of the 750cc or up bikes are pointless. Way too much power! All you do is break things when you try and use all that power, use twice as much fuel, and theres no reason to be traveling 70+ mph on a utility quad.

I'm not dogging on any brands, I think they all have different places that they shine better than others.

I have had no issues with my Polaris ranger as far as a UTV I think they are fantastic! I cant speak to their quads as it has been years since I had a Polaris quad.

Polaris restored their brand strength when they released the Razr and the Ranger lines. Before that, their quads were junk. Now, the Ranger is possibly the single best SxS available for the price. Speaking of which, you want to unload that XP Lumber?
