Check that 4th picture on 1-10 there's fresh blood on the left hind leg joint. Don't see any wounds in the other 3 earlier pictures. Maybe a coyote attack on a injured deer.

I've blown up the pics (I have more than what I posted) and don't see any blood on either back leg.

I'm with them on him making it. I can't decide though on what it was that got him it looks like a ML but with how his back leg is all bloody it could possibly be a car. Or maybe he got shot and than hit? Who knows. Either way hopefully you guys can get on him and put him down soon

The 4th picture on the right hind leg at the gland below the knee is all red running down on my computer screen and it doesn't show on the 1st 3 pictures. Just saying.

Where is there blood? I've blown the pics up too and haven't found any yet...

There is a slim chance somebody took a 200 yard wishfull thinking shot and the wound is not that deep. It also may be a frontal shot that just skimmed the skin off, no penetration.

I sure hate it for you, he looks a lot worse in the night time pic. But like we have said before they are unreal tough animals.

With the leg just hanging I think it's more then just a flesh wound. Looks like a slight quartering to shot that may have went right into the elbow joint shattering the joint and shoulder. Guess we will find out this spring if he is found during shed hunting.

Thats a bummer. I shot a buck during ML this year that had a hoof blown off. Guessing during gun season. He had the bone all polished and rounded off from wear he had been walking on it, ouch.
