He left the farm around October 15th. He would normally come back around the second week of November. A friend hunting near a golf course a mile away was excited to get him a little on camera, so I knew he was gone. Still trying to track him down and offer a feeble deal but not looking good. That guy is a son of an Odot employee :-( He claimed him. Here is best 2 pictures from 2014.

That's a drag! This is yet another reason to hate trail cameras. I suppose it's good to know what's around, but it stinks when they are gone.

This is the baby brother of Lucky from pictures. He is either 3 or 4. My uncle made a questionable shot Wednesday night. He quit looking Friday... . Mostly because he had to work the weekend. I put a little tracking party together and found him Saturday morning no problem! Bittersweet! I had encounters with every dam buck within a square mile but him. (generally cameras don't lie about inventory ) It's just dumb luck I never ran into him. Both Studs Dead😂

Congrats to the uncle on finding him. Good luck finding another! There's plenty of neighborhoods and land with no hunting in this county for big bucks to hide out in til the late season. Idk what part of the county you're in but you never know what'll show up
