Sounds like as good a plan as any. Deer don't even know where they are going to wind up, best you can do is be where you know they have been before as they are likely to go there again. Great time of year! As Lathe said when Sean killed that 185"er.... "That deer has been laying down for the last 11 months". This is the month they get up!

I've been on 3 hunts really centered around Captain Jack to this point and have been fortunate to see him once, or at least I'm 95% sure it was him. Tomorrow marks the first real push in to the heart of his core area. I'm headed in dead for an all day sit near the interior scrape he hit last year before encountering my buddy. If all goes well, I'll not bump anything out and I'll have a good hunt!
