We caught this mud ball in January. We get pics from time to time. I’ve seen a few in recent years.

Over 4 miles rabbit hunting today. No sheds. One really old dead head 4 point. 2 bunnies.

I hunted with a compound for over 40 years. I will get it out this summer and see how it goes. My shoulder last summer forced my hand. It is feeling better now. My eyes have struggled for a few years and honestly I probably should have switched a couple years ago because of that.

I used to feel the same way. You will age at some point. Your shoulders might give out, maybe your back. Quite likely your eyes. Possibly all 3 at the same time. Ethically, it was the right choice for me. Now the typical 20 year olds that are using them, Not cool.

I probably spend more money than anyone here on corn per year to give the deer more reason to be on my property. We only hunt over it late season. I am 100% for banning it. But I’m afraid that will only make the corn hunters more successful. They will still bait and hunt over it…it’s just...

Hope you pull through quickly. When I had it I felt awful for 12 hours then just some congestion. Since then I have had 2 colds that were much worse.

Bully could possibly be Target 1A next fall. Hopefully, he spends the summer in the back yard like the last 2 years so we can keep tabs on his growth.
