Same here. I've always been a close range bow hunter regardless of how comfortable I am at distance. I can count on one hand how many shots I've taken at deer over 20 yards and don't think I've ever crossed the 30 yard mark that I can remember. I've passed a lot of deer others may have taken...

x2 I've had several stolen from public land. That's why I gave up on them. Just run one in my little patch of woods over a corn pile for entertainment value.

Nice shooting! I think you're spot with the tuned bow statement. It makes all the difference in the world out past 40 yards and even past 20 with fixed blade heads. I figured out how to tune the bowtech, now I need to figure out these elites so I don't have to rely on a shop. Good luck this...

Thanks. I was shooting ACCs for quite a while before this and learned the lessons about just yanking them out of the target. These FMJs fly very well and man they brought the noise level at the shot way down compared to shooting cx Maxima hunters.

Not sure, J. They're still getting some penetration at that distance but nothing close to even 50 yard penetration. I think they're only shooting like 258-260 Fps with these FMJs.

First time Shooting 100 with the E32. Not pretty but they all made it in the target. Really liking this MBG 3 pin slider. On a side note, this thing shoots fixed blade BHs better than any bow I've ever had now that I switched back to my pro-v from a QAD and got it tuned up.

If you're talking about where i'm thinking, I've been meaning to scout that for a few years now. Don't think it gets much pressure because of how steep the terrain is.
