Tillable radishes????

Hey it could be worse. About 10 yrs. ago I made a 5 gallon batch of carrot wine.
It turned out to be the best tasting white wine I ever made. I couldn't tell anyone what it was or they wouldn't drink it. Now I must say I make good wine.
I boiled 50lbs. of carrots and only used the clear water for the mix. No carrot taste what so ever.
Then froze the carrots in two pound bags for the wife's baked candied carrots. Their great.

Frank, beer out of tillable radishes could work out too be the best of both worlds..... Healthy and a buzz at the same time...... It could be the newest health craze out there......

Nice choices. I ended up cracking open a coffee stout and it was carbonized enough. Very very good though.

It's ready and boy is it good if you like coffee. Nice cascading head too.
