Police were called to the scene of the accident at 11:18 p.m. after a person reported a naked man lying in the middle of the road.

Upon arrival, police found that Travis' 1998 Pontiac Trans Am had driven off the road and crashed into barricades that were located in a construction zone.

In addition to the suspected DWI, Travis was charged with "retaliation" because he threatened to shoot and kill the troopers after he was placed inside the cop car, the Grayson County Sheriff's office told TMZ.

He is currently in police custody.

He got busted in Feb. with a open bottle of wine in a church parking lot sitting in his car, first he told the police he was fighting with his girl friend then he told them he was celebrating super bowl sunday, got a misdemeanor and was released acouple of hours later.
