I knew a farmer that wouldnt let me hunt his land for a long time. Then he flattened to tractor tires in one week. He called me and told me I could kill everyone of those son's of bitchs.
I ran over a coon one time, his lower jaw punctured my tire. I try to avoid them now. Even the flattened ones that have already been squashed a couple dozen times.
Dang, I hate to see that happen but those who don't allow us shed hunters to walk their fields to look for them, this is a pricey lesson. Not saying this particular situation is the case but I've been turned away down here in the SW alot over the past decade.
Well, if I was gonna pop a tire, I'd rather it be by a shed than anything else. Sucks it cost so much to fix though.
Almost ran over a 6 point shed with the quad one year. It was laying right in the trail. Luckily I saw it first.
