He owned that song that night. Feeling no pain. Not sure about the cuffs. Maybe he was a friendly drunk brought in for public intox or something. Guess I haven't really seen anyone hauled in too many times. We have hauled in plenty of drunks in the rescue squad when i was an EMT. They were never cuffed?
