Some from last season

I gave up the BEC's this fall. I took 'em all down the first week of season. But, here are a few pics I saved from last year...

This little guy here was a regular visitor. I saw him most every day. My son had him at 20 yards once, but I didn't let him shoot as the whole situation was a little rushed. He wound up getting his rear leg shot off in gun season by a neighbor. I don't think he survived. I tried to convince a few folks that deer really do hide underground with this pic.

Now, I'm aggrevated again. How the heck do you clear the files from your "file manager"? Apparently mine is now full and won't allow me to add to it...I can't figure out how to clear the files I had added earlier.

Joe will be the one to answer that one. I have 6 pages and 102 pics. How many do you have that it won't let you add anymore ?

Heck of a nice buck Brock. Shame he didn't make it and died the way he did.

No, I don't. I only have like 6 or 8 loaded on the dang thing and it won't allow me to load any more. I mentioned it to Joe the other day and he said he didn't think there was any limit on storage...but I can't get it to load any, and it says I've reached my limit. Beats me. I really wish I had saved more of the pics from last year too. Heck, I had yotes chasing deer. This lil buck with his leg shot off and two hunters chasing after him, a great pic of farmer butt-crack....hehe. Just all kinds of silly stuff. Not that it matters, since I can't post squat anyway. :)

Try again Brock. I moved you out of the crew user group and into the one everyone else is in.

Looks like you have me all fixed up Joe!

Here is a coyote that was colored exactly like a red fox. He was pretty cool to see - saw him twice but never got a shot at him.

My son Mason killed his first deer last year on Halloween. Here she is on her way to meet her maker. This is probably a minute or two before he shot her.

Halloween is when the magic starts of course. And this guy showed up on Halloween. I had several nice ones running around, but this guy suddenly found his way to the top of my wish list.

I got serious about putting in some seat time after Halloween of course. I had spent 12 hours in the tree the day before this pic was taken. Stayed in the same tree until 12:30 or so the next day. Shortly after I got home for a nap, my phone went off and of course he was 25 yards, broadside, from the tree I had been stuck in for the last day and a half.

So after sinking a bunch of time into trying to kill this deer, I was feeling a little burnt. Sean (from BEC) came up to go on a hunt with me...we were just going to go over to my neighbor's place to try to kill a doe, just a goof off hunt. As we were loading up leave, my dang phone buzzed again, and there was the buck going under one of my stands in Fayette County. Obviously, we needed to head up there... Sean hadn't hardly spent an hour in the woods all year, and twenty minutes after sunrise, he shot the deer I'd been hunting for a couple of weeks - from a stand I'd spent probably 40-50 hours in! It wouldn't be a big deal, but this was the third time it has happened! :)

Unlike the two previous times, Sean did not kill this deer dead. We got some night time pics of him and a hole was apparent where Sean said he hit him...and you would think it would have done the job, but the deer lived at least for a time. Here he is a day or two later chasing a doe by at high speed.

Amazing how tough they can be! Sucks to be you when Sean is around doesn't it? Beautiful coyote as well.

Those are two nice bucks Brock! The one on the left is a Friggin Dandy! What did you mean it took a while for him to die? I'm lost. How did you and Sean find him or did he put another arrow in him on a later encounter?

Those are two that died right away. The one he shot last year never did, as far as I know. He hung around for a couple of days after Sean shot him, and then he disappeared. Of course, he had shown up on Halloween, so he probably went back to where ever he came from.
