Didnt get to hunt today. Crazy day with folks rolling in town for the big athens halloween throw down.
I did manage to make some dank ass kabobs and figured I'd share while i wait to throw these suckers on the grill.
Pretty simple process:
Backstraps/roast: cut into 1" inch cubes; This time around I marinated for about 2 hours with "lawry's" steak and chop marinade. Had a little sample and its really tasty. One of the best marinades I bought pre-made.
Bacon: Everybody loves bacon. I wrapped each cube of meat with about a half of slice of bacon right before putting on the scurer.
Veggies: Yellow, Orange, Red peppers
Sweet Onion
Whole Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Pretty simple except it took longer then anticipated to cut everything up.
Pop them on the grill for about 10-15 minutes while braising them with the marinade, a couple cold beverages, and walaa! You good to go.
Now if these fuggars ever get here it will be dinner time!
