Samick bows...what can you tell me about them?

I've had my eyes on the line of 62" take down recurves, by Samick. I'd like to find one in the $300 or less range. The Sage runs around $129 and the Phantom runs around $229, which I see as reasonable.

* Has anyone shot a Samick t/d recurve? If so, what's your opinion?
* Where did you get your's?

Your opinions and experiences are appreciated.
Thank you, Bowhunter57

Made in Korea i believe. fit and finish is average at best. hard unrefined corners mostly and a square block look. they are not bad shooters per say just generally suck in the looks department.

Is sammick the same company that makes guitars and pool sticks?
Diablo54,
Samick Corporation is a very busy company...guitars (electric and acoustic), pianos and archery. Couldn't find the pool cues. :smiley_confused_vra ...and yes, they're out of Korea. Korea is one, of not THE one of the highest ranked countries for olympic archery.

I'm interested in the Sage or Phantom models, due to the 62" length. Lancaster Archery seems to have an ample supply and at decent prices too.
