IMO, the most talented vocals in rock n roll in my lifetime. Dude had some pipes on him. He was the lead singer of Soundgarden and Audioslave. Also for Temple of the Dog. Found dead just hours after a concert in Detroit last night

Here's one of my favorites
"Blow Up the Outside" is my favorite by Cornell, with "Hunger Strike" from his TOTD stint as a close second.
Here is my theory: Eddie Vedder killed Cornell, Cobain, and Layne Staley, which eliminated the lead singers from Nirvana, Alice in Chains, and Soundgarden, the other big 3 Seattle based alternative groups that hit the big time together. Makes sense to me
