Gun show in Chillicothe tomorrow -

So it's gonna be windy and crappy tomorrow, so instead of hunting I thought I'd look for a gun show to go to.
There's one in Chillicothe at the Ross County Fairgrounds. Looks like it's put on by an outfit called Front Sight Promotions.

Has anyone ever been to this show? Good vendors and turnout?
It's only about an hour+15mins drive, no big deal, but I'm just wondering if anyone had any feedback. :smiley_coolpeace:

No feedback on this particular show. The only thing worth going for anymore is the people watching or of you need certain parts or beef jerky.

Have fun and the people watching is usually worth the price of admission.

Call the promoter and ask how many tables and what he is charging for a table. Less than 100 tables may not be worth admission. Next, see what other shows are scheduled within an hour and a half.
I have heard of the promoter name but never went to one of his shows.

I know of two guys from work that we're talking about going. They've been talking about it for a couple of weeks actually. One of the guys you can't believe a word he says though. I'm sure next week he'll be telling lies about how he bought this and that for -$100... But, they both seemed excited about it. So take it for what it's worth. Let me know if you wanna do lunch or something in Courthouse.

So I take a nice little drive to Ross County, got to the show at 10am.
Not a big venue. $5 admission.
The room was full of tables and all the tables were full, mostly guns.
Real guns, used, old guns. Not just table after table of dealers with AR-15s
Bought some bullets and powder for reloading.

Not overly impressed but not disappointed or pissed either.
It was ok.....just ok.
