Oct spotted Fawn

Yeah . Pulled both those cards on that property . All does ..not a single antler . No use trying to hunt that spot for awhile. As many as 7 does in frame at one time on the other cam. Plenty of rut bait .

I have all my cams on video mode...will try to post a screenshot but I also have a spotted fawn on video up here in the NW...I was surprised to see this too.

I agree with Dan, but I understand too, if I shot a fawn and the PO's Daughter found out, she be highly upset. She wants one as a pet. LOL

Obviously spotted fawns in Oct aren't unheard of . I've seen em before and alot of you all have to . But figured it'd be a good discussion piece .

I know I'm not shooting the little dude . Hopefully it's another mild winter for its sake .

I think that's what causes these late bloomers, mild winters. Those doe that didn't take get a second cycle and are bred again. I heard of a lot of chasing really late last year, after the season kind of late. Didn't someone post a video or something here if a nice 10 breeding a doe during shed hunting?
