I had really hoped to have an Excalibur to hunt with this fall. But, after trying to cock one with their winder I knew it wouldn't work for me. I then looked at Parker compound crossbows. I gave these a hard look, but again the way the winder fit on the very back of the stock concerned me about being able to use it. After much consideration I have decided to stick with what works for me. My Hortons have proved lethal, and the EZ Winder and I get along great. I can use this winder on SuperMag, Yukon SL, Explorer and Summit HD models. I've decided to pick up a couple good used Yukon SL's to add to my arsenal as spares in case I need them. I picked this one up yesterday for $100. I'll clean her up and remove the quiver and sight pin bracket today. I'll leave the 2-7X scope in place for now.
