Watched a BOY, I say boy cause he was young and riddled in Tats, walk in Pizza Hut with a pistol in a holster on his belt in the middle of his back above his crack. The kid had just a t shirt on and nothing covering it. Just wondering if he was legal or not?

I have open carried many times and rarely does anyone notice. I prefer to CC but sometimes I make runs with OWB, no cover when necessary.

I open carry most of the time during the week, only b/c I wear a polo to work. When I leave work I put my OWB holster on and my shirt stays tucked in until I get home.

A lot of people in my area open carry, damn near everyone on a motorcycle open carries. I like it, it's legal, and fugg the people that don't.

Can you get busted for "inducing panic"? If so, is it worth the risks? I'm just asking because I have no clue.

I would think that inducing panic would be me carrying it in my hand weaving it around. If someone gets all hysterical b/c Im carrying OWB, then they are whats wrong with this country.

I like to have mine covered so that bad guys wont noticed me carrying one.

Butler county, and maybe others, are now not charging vets for their license or the renewal. If Im not mistaken, they aren't making us take the refresher course either. If you carry often and take additional pistol courses this shouldn't be a problem, but if you have a license and don't practice I would think it would be a good idea to take the refresher course every few years, especially if the laws update and change.
