Hey Cotty, what do you think about Axel Rose performance with ACDC? I don't think its the same and not a improvemnet but will say it was better then I expected. Only thing in this video I feel with Axel in a chair with his leg brace I feel like I went to a retirement home for some kind of reunion. :smiley_crocodile:

I'm glad I have all their stuff before he came into the picture. Not gonna do it for me...

It must have been tuff for Johnson to make the decision to keep going or face complete loss of hearing.

Sounds ok, but as much of a fan as I am of the Gunners, it's just not the same. Just like I wouldn't want some fill in for Axl for a Guns tour.

With that said, I'd go see it if I were free that night. When Axl isn't laid up he has a ton of energy on stage.

You talking about Axl? His real name is William Bailey and he always credited Lafayette, Indiana as his hometown.

Correct, I was wrong about being raised in Maumee. He ran away at 16'ish and went and lived with his grandma in Maumee. He very much hates his family, I briefly remember meeting him a couple of times during the holidays. He was one angry fella...

I am a big ACDC fan and hated to see Bon Scott pass,wasn't sure about Johnson when he took over but he did great all these years.
Have seen them 7 times over the yrs all the way back to the Columbus fairgrounds i think around 1978 when Angus was just a youngster. I think it's time the old men hang it up now.
Will never see them again with axl.
