Once upon a time in the hills here were 3 teenage triplet sisters that lived alone with their widower father. They kept begging the old man to be allowed to go out on a date. Finally after they ganged up on him he gave in, with one condition.
"I will set here on the front porch in my rocker with a double 12 on my lap, each boy has to come up on the porch and let me meet him and state his intentions."
"Fair enough." said the triplets
O.K ,the night is here.
The 1st lad comes up in an old jalopy and says to the old man,"Hi my name is Joe, I came to get Flo, to go to the show, can Flo go?"
The old man thinks that his one is dumber than dirt but harmless enough.
The next lad pulls up in an old pick up and addresses the old man,"Hi my name is Eddie, I came to get Betty so we can go steady, is Betty ready?"
The old man thinks that this one is even dumber than the last but harmless enough.
About this time a red corvette spins into the yard and the kid says "Hey old timer, my name is Chuck", so the old man shot him.
