Ruger new designed 'American Pistol'

Its like the article says, looks like a mix between a vp9 and a walther m2. I have a bad taste in my mouth from ruger with the problems I had with the sr9. And that thing is
30 oz! Way too heavy for a polymer gun for my taste.

Agreed. 31 ounces for the .45 and it only has a 10+1 capacity. WAY to damn heavy. Did Ruger make that pistol out of lead?

I am a not a fan of plastic "toy" guns without real safeties. Especially $579.
The real safety is between your ears, or should be.

Ha, see I have been beat to this valid position.

Concealed carry and duty beg for polymer pistols.

Whether it be ultralight ccw or light, high capacity duty pistols.

Also, if SHTF the high capacity Glock would be chosen over any single stack, all metal pistol.
