Hi! My brother and I are looking to lease 100 + acres for the 2016/17 deer hunting season. Will consider a smaller tract if the habitat is good. We have over 30 years combined leasing experience and practice QDM. We're ethical, responsible and always honor ALL of the landowners wishes. Please PM me or respond to the thread if interested. Thanks!!

Merry Christmas. Welcome to TOO. Good luck finding a lease here. Probably not your best option to find a lease. I'd imagine there are websites somewhere for finding leases.

Merry Christmas to you too and thanks for the welcome! I'm sure your right. Actually a paid member of Basecamp leasing, just so hard to find anything so thought I'd give this a shot.

I'll lease you 80 acres in Washington County. $5K for the year. It's been under management for 10 years. Food plots, crops, the whole nine.

Am I missing something... I don't get it? I'm assuming knocking me for the thread?

The guys are just having some fun, first off you might want to introduce yourself as a new member and get to know some of us.
Their are some pretty die hard hunters here and prob best to not start out with leasing questions as you will not get far.
Hard enough for some of the guys to even keep a place to hunt let alone someone trying to lease it up.
Anyway welcome to TOO and dont take it personally we all get knocked around here some just have to put on your big boy pants.lol
Hang around awhile and go on the new member thread and tell us about yourself.

That's funny but a great analogy. I just pictured a guy walking up to a campfire, opening the lid to the cooler, grabbing a beer and sitting down. Cracks open the beer and looks around. "Hi. My name's Bob". Lol

When Joe and Jesse started this whole thing, that was their goal a virtual campfire plus more..... So when someone shows up, it's like entering a campsite with a blazing fire going on for all too sit around and BS.... That's how I see it....

This.

I always relate it to this: Local hole in the wall bar where everyone knows everyone and some guy from out of town kicks open the door and says "Who's buying me a beer?"
